Tarot cat is an exercise in a poetic form called haiku.  Traditionally, haiku is a three-lined poem, with the first line being made up of five syllables, the second line of seven, and the third line of five again.  Usually it is a poem about nature, as in:

Cherry blossoms fall (5)
Into the water, floating (7)
Like stars in the sky (5)

No! You choose that one!
Because I said so, that's why
I am Tarot cat!

I am the boss here
I pick all the cards for you
or I sleep on them
